With the success of previous work at the Boise Airport, Layton Construction and CSHQA worked together to construct a new airfield lighting equipment building. The new building also included the installation of a standby generator system.

Specific features to the Airfield Lighting Equipment Building included airfield conduits, cables, pullboxes, manholes and runway guard lights to several of the taxiways.
