Central Valley Medical Center, which serves the rural town of Nephi and surrounding communities, is a single story facility with 32,100 ft2 of hospital space and a medical office building.

The 19-bed, full-service hospital includes labor and delivery, emergency, surgery, radiology, and laboratory services as well as kitchen and laundry facilities. Eight of the beds are designed as swing beds and three act as isolation rooms, including one nursery isolation room.

The surgical suite includes two operating rooms, primary and secondary stage recovery, as well as equipment sterilization facilities. The radiology suite includes X-Ray/RF, CT scan, mammography, ultrasound and support services for a mobile MRI.
