One of the fastest growing travel agencies in the Western United States, Christopherson Travel Group needed a facility to consolidate its three offices. The facility is located on a highly visible off-freeway site. With the likelihood of continued expansion, Christopherson occupies only 50 percent of the three story office building.

The Layton team worked diligently with the owner and architect on this design-build project. Since the client needed to focus on his rapidly growing business, he depended on Layton’s attention to detail and commitment to quality throughout construction. Layton employees met with the owner weekly with a formal agenda that covered reporting on action items, a two week look-ahead and any construction issues. With adequate planning and subcontractor management, the client moved into the building six weeks ahead of schedule.
