While the remodel of Snowbird’s 25-year-old Cliff Lodge was finished in seven months, the bulk of the work was completed in only four months, between Snowbird’s conference season and ski season. The remodel of this 12-story building involved converting 150 hotel rooms into 50 luxury condominiums and creating several sales and presentation areas.

Layton remodeled existing lobby and conference areas and constructed a private club for skiers, complete with personal lockers and a child care facility. A new 25-meter swimming pool, which included exterior spas, a snack bar and retail space were also included in the new lodge.
