Layton was the construction manager on the first building in the Master Planned Village at Solitude. The resort facility features 18 luxury condominiums and the renowned Creekside Restaurant.

Taking only 11 months to construct, Creekside is a four-story luxury condominium structure with underground parking. The structure has a steel and concrete frame with exterior facades of stone, stucco and cedar siding capped with a copper roof.

Creekside is a luxurious, slope-side lodge nestled in the grandeur of Big Cottonwood Canyon. Units feature high-end finishes, such as wood and stone accents, exuding an unmistakable air of quality and high-class living.

The Creekside Restaurant is a unique state of the art facility equipped with complete kitchen equipment and open, brick-faced ovens. This elegant restaurant has employed some of the best chefs in the industry.
