The Exotic Imports Dealership, an official Lamborghini dealership, is made of very simplistic materials. The use of split-faced concrete block and rectilinear geometry allows the large amount of space to be enclosed in a straightforward way. The cantilevered glass of the office area and the steel and glass drum of the main display space give the building drama and attracting attention from the freeway to the exotic cars. The simple materials and colors, along with carefully designed lighting, highlight the cars like motorized jewelry.

Features of the facility include an underslab radiant heating, an energy management system to maintain temperatures and a sophisticated security system. The building is monitored by video cameras throughout to ensure that every angle is protected. The building includes two showcase rooms, a service bay, a parts department and corporate offices.
