When completed, the Health Benefits America Corporate Campus will contain seven buildings, with 500,000 ft2 for office space and computer data centers. To date, Layton has built three of the seven buildings.

Despite the wettest spring in history, Layton completed the Benefits Service Center, a fast track project, one month ahead of schedule. Layton also completed a tenant improvement project in less than three weeks for a Research Development Lab.

The interior finishes included an etched glass and granite entrance with high-performance glass. Layton installed almost 150 pairs of fiber optic cables in the phone communication center.
