When completed, the Health Benefits America Corporate Campus will contain seven buildings, with 500,000 ft2 for office space and computer data centers. To date, Layton has built three of the seven buildings.

Building 2 on the campus was a fast track project, and Layton completed the project two months ahead of schedule. Layton completed additional tenant improvement projects in the building.

The interior finishes included an etched glass and granite entrance with high-performance glass. Layton installed almost 150 pairs of fiber optic cables in the phone communication center.
