Jordan Landing is a large mixed-use development in West Jordan—a growing suburb of the western Salt Lake Valley. Foursquare Properties contracted Layton to perform the work on Phase 6 of the retail portion of the wildly successful development.

Phase 6 includes the large sporting goods anchor, Sport Chalet as well as Michaels, Kinkos and Petsmart.
The entire building features CMU and structural steel with steel stud framed EFIS facades. The Sport Chalet store is unique in that it features an indoor pool and a 16,000 ft2 roof-hung display shelf.

Layton completed the project on time and under budget, just in time for the 2007 holiday shopping season.
