Layton constructed the core and shell for a new two-story medical office building for Providence Heber, LLC.

This design-build project was unique with the use of both tilt-up panels and masonry structural walls. In some areas, concrete panels were erected on structural steel beams and masonry walls had to be installed on the roof after the installation of the roofing materials. A series of horizontal EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) bands surround the building on both the concrete panel walls and the masonry walls.
