After building the R.C. Willey's Idaho facility, which was their first venture outside of Utah, Layton was asked to assist in the firm's continued expansion by constructing a similar facility in Henderson, Nev. The new facility contains a 120,000 ft2 furniture showroom and an 80,000 ft2 warehouse.

Layton maintained a tight schedule despite extreme weather conditions and numerous change orders required due to design omissions and owner requests. Layton was also able to effectively coordinate with an exacting municipal government.

The retail store and warehouse are structural steel with a concrete tilt-up exterior. The interior finishes are very detailed and include many faux finishes.
