Based on the success of the Henderson, Nev. project, RC Willey negotiated with Layton to build a new facility in Summerlin in just 240 days.

The 163,000 ft2 facility will contain a 127,000 ft2 showroom and a 36,000 ft2 warehouse. As before, the quality and attention to details were key to the success of this project.
