The nature of this project required Layton to go to extreme measures to provide high quality construction while working around guests with high expectations. A portion of the scope of work included:
- Preconstruction services including cost estimating and value
engineering - Expansion and remodel of two restaurants and kitchen
- Relocation of multiple stairways
- New finishes and layout of bar lounge, lobby and common areas
- Replacement and redirection of elevator openings
- Excavation and addition of a new basement locker room
- Faux painting of existing beams and woodwork
- High quality temporary walls
- Extremely tight schedules for multiple phases
