Layton contracted with Modern Display to build a warehouse in Salt Lake, the biggest construction venture the company had made. Layton worked closely with the client to meet their expectations and ensure the success of the project.

The building design for this warehouse centers around the need for large storage spaces, loading docks and easy access for distribution. Special consideration was also given to production areas for fabrication and construction of display and exhibit materials.

Layton utilized an accelerated fast track schedule and completed the warehouse two months ahead of schedule.
